Question Is 450watt PSU enough for i5 11400?

Hi, I'm planning to buy an i5 11400 next month and pair it with my Msi GTX 1650 D6 Ventus XS OC and run them on my 450 watt 80+ white PSU from Cooler Master(coolermasterMWE450) I'm a highschool student and I'm on a really tight budget.. Just wondering if I could run all these components without any issue.. I don't plan on over clocking any of my components here.
Specs on 450watt psu:
CPU:i5 11400
GPU:Msi GTX 1650 GDDR6 XS Ventus
Storage:1tb 7200rpm blue hard drive
RAM:16gigs at 3200mhz

As long as said GTX 1650 doesn't need supplemental pci-e power, then it should be ok, for awhile. I do recommend getting a higher quality unit, as soon as possible, though.

I've decided to get i5 10400 instead of i5 11400...from what I can tell by looking at benchmarks on these CPUs is That i5 10400 uses less (about 35-40%) power than the 11400 and 10400 is slightly cheaper than the 11400 which I can save up That money for a better PSU.

If you want truly power efficient, you might want to look at something from the Ryzen 5 line, like a 5600, or a 3600 if low on cash. At least then you have some upgrade options, when you can afford to do so.
