[SOLVED] Is 4600 MHz normal on a 3.6GHz processor?

My PC has been BSOD a lot lately and I've been struggling to fix it. I noticed in my BIOS menu that my i7-11700k processor is running at 4600 MHz. I have no idea if this is normal, but if it isn't then it might be why my PC is crashing so much. Any help would be appreciated

Yes, it's normal. Your processor "self overclocks" as part of its Turbo Boost feature. It can go up to 5.0GHz if only one or two cores are doing something.
