Is 4GB enough for me?

Or should I get 8GB for my Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit?
I'll be playing Battlefield 3, the new SimCity, maybe Max Payne 3, but most of all Sims 2 or 3, many old games I couldn't play when I had an old PC.

+1 to 8gb. -- 4gb is technically enough for most people, but memory is so cheap right now that its worth $20 to get more than you need.
