[SOLVED] Is 4gb RAM enough to game on windows 10?

Hi, I've noticed that my memory usage goes high up everytime I play on my laptop. it has 4gb ram on it, and my games seems to stutter. I was wondering if 4gb of ram is enough to play games like league of legends?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
4GB RAM
Seagate ST1000LM035 1TB SATA Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
