Question Is 4x8Gb bad?

Hey guys, just a quick question,

I would like to buy more ram, add 16gb to my system, yet I cant tell if its good idea right now i have 2x8 gb and what I read so far is that 4x8gb is more stressfull then 2x8gb


PC Specs:
MB: Asus Tuf B550 M-E
GPU: RX 6600 XFX 210
CPU: R5 5600X
RAM: HyperX Fury 16Gb 3200MHz
PSU: Seasonic Focus Gold 550W

Mix and match RAM is always a gamble. Matched sets are sold because they are tested by the manufacturer as a set and are therefore guaranteed to work as a set as advertised. Anything else, YOU are the tester. It might work it might not. NO guarantee.
Four DIMMs is more difficult to run at high clock speeds. The additional DIMMs put extra load on the memory controller. Generally two DIMMs is optimal.
More RAM won't benefit most situations. Unless you are routinely using above 80% of your available RAM, you won't benefit. It will just be unused.
If you are using a high percentage of your RAM, then a 2x16GB REPLACEMENT is the better answer.
