500w is sufficient power for a GTX1660.

Some power supplies do not deliver advertised power, but in this case, you are ok.
For the future, it is best to ask questions BEFORE you buy.

On your build, 120gb is too small for windows.
Many things default to the C drive.
When you fill it up, you will lose performance and endurance.

I would buy a single ssd only and defer on the hard drive.
You can buy a 1tg samsung QVO for $110 or so

Where do you live? Some things just don't add up in that build.

For cpu that 3400G isn't what i would choose unless you really want to have the build in gpu as back up.
The gtx 1650 is cheaper and almost as good a performer as the gtx 1660.
Then your question about psu ....
