Solution

Well I'm new to the PC community so prebuilt is what I'm aiming for here but I'm definitely planning on making my own once I understand this some more, thanks for the help.

There are a lot of guides on buliding a PC on the internet.... it's really easy these days.
You'll be wasting money most likely on a prebuilt PC.

Just build it dude. It is really not rocket science. You dont need to know how it works to put it together. Everything just snaps together. As long as you get compatible parts, which we can help you with here, you will be fine. With all of the available information on the internet, it has really never been easier.

The build ChumP recommended is light years better than the prebuilt system you are thinking about buying.

How much would would the self building PC be better than the ore built?

If you are not experienced in building PC's you might want to opt for a prebuilt system, you will pay more but less headaches. If you want to venture forward and build your own PC then make sure someone who knows what they are doing is guiding and helping you.

The CPU will be about 30% faster in games, in productivity the Ryzen 5 2600 will simply crush the Ryzen 3 1200.
The RX 580 will be about 10% faster than the GTX 1060 3GB.
You're getting an SSD compared to the prebuilt which will make your PC feel a lot snappier.
Even if it's not specified the motherboard has a lot more features(expansion slots, ports) and will allow overclocking... I'm pretty cerrtain that on the prebuilt they used an A320 chipset mobo that you cannot OC.
The power supply will be of much higher quality and reliability.
Finally the RAM frequency is at 3200 MHz compared to the 2400 MHz on the prebuilt and that will give you about 5-10% performance in games.

Would a video be someone guiding or no?

How are you sure that case will fit the other hardware?

It's a mid tower ATX case... has enough space for the GPU, Motherboard and power supply.
You'll also have enough clearance for the RAM sticks because you'll be using the stock AMD cooler.
If these 4 things are compatible with the case, then the rest will fit in withourt problems.
I won't recommend you parts that won't fit in the case.

Yeah, there are tons of videos for building PCs. You just go step by step.

Yes, those parts will all fit and are compatible. The website used is called pcpartpicke.com and it will filter to compatible parts only. There are some cases where you have to be careful with RAM compatibility and CPU cooler clearances with pcpartpicker, but they are seldom. When you decide on the parts, just ask if they are compatible here and you will get multiple answers.

Ive been looking at this case mainly because it has 2 more fans instead of the one, would this fit the stuff aswell?

By chance do you have a different MotherBoard around the same price? I saw a review on that one saying the PCI slot was weak

You know that problems can happen with any product, right?
That doesn't mean that the product is bad when one user has some problem with it.
So if one random guy had problems with the PCIe slot that doesn't mean that you'll have the same problem.
I'll say you should stop worrying about it.
