Yes it should be enough power, but I would go with a 600W PSU just to be safe. I would recommend this PSU:

Do you have a link? The EVGA white PSU historically weren't that good, and I haven't seen one with 80 Plus Gold. That Corsair one above is kind of mediocre as well. You are building a nice rig, get a nice PSU. What is your budget?

Any XFX 550w/650W within your budget is ideal, High quality and good stability at a lower cost then most brands.
