[SOLVED] Is 500w power supply enough for RX 5700 XT?

planning to upgrade from rx 580 to rx 5700 xt
specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: RX 5700 XT
PSU: Silverstone Strider Plus 500w 80+ bronze (SST-ST50F-PB)
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 16gb 3200mhz
MOBO: MSI B350m Bazooka
Storage: 500gb Crucial P1 NVME SSD and 2 tb HDD

Any answer/suggestion will be greatly appreciated,

They don't seem particularly happy with the 12V stability. Also, this appears to be an older design, as the review is from 2011. But, I'm not sure if the ST50F-PB is the same as the SST-ST50F-PB.

This page says it's only got 38A on the 12V rail - that basically means 456W. So, it's not quite a 500W PSU per se.

Older design, and I can't find any more than the one review, from 9 years ago. I would not gamble with it on a modern system with an expensive new video card.

Find a GOOD online PS wattage calculator and figure out the maximum watts you will need with everything plugged in and then use a PS that has a little headroom. You don't want to run your PS maxed out.
