I have just built an itx gaming build:
MOBO: Asus H97i Plus
CPU: Intel Core i5 4590
Storage: M.2 256gb
GPU: MSI R9 280
RAM: 8gb G.Skil Ripjaws 1600
PSU: SilverStone SFX 500W Fully Modular Gold Rated
I want to add a 3tb 7200 RPM HDD, another stick of RAM, and a Gigabyte R9 390. Will 500W be enough? Calculators online say it will be fine but I want to know if anyone has any experience with this level of power draw. Outervision.com's "Extreme PSU calculator" said 408 total draw which recommends 458W. So like I said, in theory its fine but as many may know, a 600W PSU is the recommended. I wont be overclocking, and obviously no Xfire either.
