Is 530w going to be enough for this build?

Hi. I ordered a Zotac GTX 760 from here few days ago. Here's the rest of my build:

• 
  CPU: i3-4170
  M/B: Biostar H81MLV3
  Ram: 6GB DDR3
  HDD: some random 250GB 7200RPM 3.5
  PSU: Thermaltake Hamburg 530w

Soo, am I going to fry my system or is my PSU wattage enough?

It has the required 2x6pin and 500W so it will be enough, yes.

Nah, you're fine with that setup. Doesn't look like the best PSU but it has 38A on the 12v rail it'll be fine.

It actually has 42A on 12V. Yay! Do you think I will have any room left for overclocking?

Yeah there is, even at best, your PC wont draw more than 400-450W. However I dont see any decent overclock you can hope to achieve.
