yes, even 500 watt psu can run your system flawlessly..

Zalman PSU is a better unit than corsair vs series. Well, that is lowest end PSU from corsair.

But, i suggest you to take better unit than both of that.
SeaSonic S12II 520 (non modular) or SeaSonic M12II 520(modular)with bronze certification is suit to your need.

The PSU you suggested was not quite cheap :(

You got confused! I was referring to these from your original post
Corsair VS550
Zalman ZM600-LX

well..
PSU is the source of life of all of your hardware..
Bad PSU will do some damage to your system
Don't ever go to with cheap PSU or lowest tier from a brand if you still can afford better unit..

You mention that you want to overclock it..

And it is obvious on the PSU selections that OP is not shopping in the US!

Yes, I will overclock when needed and the PSU ZALMAN ZM600-LX is cheap but most of the people uses this PSU in there PC assembly....

Your system will run fine on 500watts so no need to recommend 650. Corsair is a better known name but I would be inclined to go with the Zalman on this one for the slightly more capacity.

I apologize I assumed you were in the us. It's listed for under 40 here. I can't speak for what it costs elsewhere
