Question is 550w enough?

pc specs--

-msi b450 tomahawk
-ryzen 5 3600
-asus rog strix 1070
-hyperx predator rgb 3000mhz CL-15-17-17 (8gbx2)
-hyperx 212 rgb Black edition air cooler
-1x2tb hdd
-1x500gb sata ssd
-1x256gb nvme ssd
-4x antec prizm rgb case fans
-nzxt h500

is tx550m a good choice? or should go with a 650w model? I am very tight on budget.

according to pc part picker the estimated wattage is 360w

550w is plenty good for your system. the TX is a good unit remember that 360 is when everything is running at full throttle. usually it will be under 100W. your full power @ 360 leaves room for overclocking and additions to the system later. the closer to 50% the PSU runs the more efficient it is. you will be running below that for a majority of the time.

For Your Information: you may need another CPU (AMD APU or Ryzen 2/1 series) to make the motherboard ready for that ryzen 3 series CPU
