AKA_Vipex Yes, absolutely 550 watts is plenty for your ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060.

Personally, I would feel comfortable matching up to a Ryzen 7 3700X and RTX 2080 Ti with a quality 550 watt power supply.
I agree with SkyNetRising that 550 watts is the minimum published recommendation for a RTX 2060 Super. However, those recommendations are intentionally made to be conservative, because the OEMs assume that some people will buy very poor quality PSUs. The R5 3600 and RTX 2060 Super TDPs are 65 and 175 watts respectively. That combined 240 watts represents 43% of the total wattage available from the single rail CX550. The combined electricity figure from the other listed components is negligible.
