Is 60-65°C bad temps for GTX 980ti?

I'm just curious as I am thinking about dropping one into a mini-itx build and that seems to be the temperature on load with games like far cry 4 and fallout 4.

For a GPU, no. Up to 80 C at load is pretty safe, past that you need to be careful but you probably won't damage anything unless you are consistently higher than 90 degrees C.

Those temps are about right, they are far from being bad.

my asus strix 980ti hits around 65c on ark survival evolved so those temps are fine

My 980 ti is overclocked and my room is fairly warm and I hit 75C if I fully max my gpu for long periods of time (bench marking), so those temps are pretty good. The 9xx series cards usually start to thermal throttle around 83C to protect the card from overheating.

You have a long ways to go before you need to worry about temps, that is pretty good under a heavy load. 75 degrees is pretty safe max temp for that GPU.
