So right now I want to upgrade but I dont want to change my power supply (600 watts) Would have to?

PC to upgrade to specs:

Intel Core i7 4970k
GTX 970
Asus Hero VII (motherboard)
2TB HDD
8gb RAM
dvd/disk drive (i can remove this is necessary)

Is 600 watts enough for this build since i wont be overclocking?

Im using the corsair CX600

I guess it should be fine if you don't do overclocks, but just be careful with that Power supply CX series is known to be unreliable.

Thanks

I wouldn't really recommend that power supply as it uses low quality components which can potentially bring the whole system down together with it with it if it fails.

One PSU I particularly recommend is this one, 48A amps on the 12V rail should be more than enough to provide power to your whole system, with tons of overclocking room to spare

If you're planning to do SLI future, this should prove enough

EDIT: Didn't see the full post, my apologies. The PSU should do fine but it seems to have reliability issues due to it's cheap components

ok i will change it soon as I AM planning to do SLI in the future.
