Currently my specs are:
ryzen 5 2600
gigabyte DS3H b450m mobo
8gb ddr4 2400
zotac mini 1050ti
2 7200RPM HDD
1 samsung 860 evo SSD
4 120mm LED fans
and 600W thermaltake TR2 S PSU (https://www.thermaltake.com/tr2-s-600w.html)
I am planning on going for another 8gb RAM and zotac 2070super amp(dual fan)
I play games and also do rendering which runs both CPU and GPU at 100%
Is this 600W is good enough if I dont overclock anything? Or should I have to go for 2060 super... because 2070 s + PSU is out of my range now

Minimum that nvidia recommend for 2070 super is 650W and also your PSU is not the best quality one so i wouldnt risk it. Although the AMD RX 5700 XT that is identical with 2070 super performance requires 600W based on amd. Also i can find the cheaper dual fan 5700 XT (sapphire pulse) for 424 euros while 2070 super for 530 euros. If thats the case where you live too then you will be able to buy a good quality 650W corsair rmx or seasonic focus plus with 10 years warranty too. You will just lose the DLSS and RTX that you probably never use them anyway at least in gaming.

As I said I use the GPU for rendering ... so AMD is not an option... I need CUDA and RT ...
so 600W is a big no no?

This is a poor quality PSU not even 80+ bronze and bellow the minimum recommendation of the manufacturer. If it was a good quality one even with 600W i wouldnt worry.
so can you recommend one for 2070s... may be I should gather more money... but not very pricey one.... just enough that is reliable

This is the probably best way arround. Even with a 2060 super that required only 550W i wouldnt risk it to match it with a low quality PSU. Dont cheap on the PSU. It connects to all the computer and if anything happen to the PSU then it can easily damage other components too. This is a really good quality PSU from Corsair and you will have 10 Years of warranty.
