Is 600w power supply enough to handle a 1080 ti and a 7700 on turbo to 4.2 (no oc)

I'm planning on purchasing a 1080 ti and I don't want to waste any more money, than I already am on a Gpu and purchasing another power supply would be very painful to my pay check so if anyone could plz answer or suggest if I should buy another power supply or keep the one I already have plz tell me
