Question is 600w psu enough for RTX 2070 super with r7 3700x?

HI guys I recently bought a new rtx 2070 super (msi ventus oc) and a ryzen 3700x for my rig.
currently I have a FSP aurums 600W PSU right now.
when I looked at the gpu packaging it seems to recommend a 650W PSU.
but when I checked on some power calculators the suggested PSU is much less than 650W
would this PSU be adequate for this build or would I have to get a bigger PSU?
currently I have no plans to overclock the cpu or the gpu but if I did how would things change?

650W is based on a "PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2 GHz processor". Since the Ryzen is only 65W you should be fine. If you plan to overclock either the CPU/GPU, it could be worth upgrading the PSU. According to pcpartpicker the system power consumption is only around 400W

If I were to do some light overclocking on the cpu, would that be possible with this PSU?
or would that be pushing it too much?

I would think "Light" overclocking would be ok. AMD are pretty honest about TDP/power consumption.

TBH - just let the CPU do it's own boosting etc. There's usually not much overclocking headroom on Ryzens and you'll just be using more power at idle than necessary.
