is 63c a NORMAL temp for i5 3570k under full load?

No, its how it was when i got it, 3.4ghz.

I'm playing around with a 4690k and it hit 50C on a Hyper 212 EVO with some prime95 testing. I'd say yours is a little over average, that could probably be solved by remounting the CPU and applying/removing thermal paste.

I just built the pc like a week ago. I put a dot of thermal paste. about pea sized. So yeah its cleaned.

Just hit 64C on the 4690k. I wouldn't say your results are abnormal.

63 is normal for any CPU,like I said.
As you can see JOOK-D has got 64C on the 4690K,so you shouldn't worry about your temps.
