is 650W enough for 3950x,5950x and RT2060 or RT3060 graphic or would 750W be better? Wanna be future proofed for years, will never go for strong graphic card as games will not be played. But I think new CPU's if I wanna upgrade will not be that much more power hungry, seems premium Graphic cards are the one using most, correct?
In some web Calculator it seems the rig gets recommendation of load 430W and recommended 480W

These are the ones I felt are all top tier, is BeQuiet that much better than others on the list?

Solution
Be Quiet looks like the best one out of the four, but not by much. The RMx and the P2 are also excellent PSUs. 650 W will be enough, especially if you are talking high end units like those.
