I am currently going to buy a build, but I am not sure if this would be enough?
It is a Corsair Gaming Series 600W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139036&Tpk=CORSAIR%20Gaming%20Series%20GS600%20600W

Would this be enough for this build with a 7850, I might plan on overclocking. If then which PSU should I get?

Use your RAM in slots 2 and 4 (if slots are laid out in this fashion - 1, 2, 3, 4). That's what I personally do and I don't run into any interference issues with my 212+.

If you plan to use all 4 RAM slots, then yes, you would want to swap out your RAM for something else. Corsair Vengeance Low Profile are a VERY nice choice.
