I tested my g703 wireless INPUT LAG in https://www.vsynctester.com/testing/mouse.html it said 6ms. and the graph was like this. int he pic. is this good for fps games. people in my game said its terrible. and they notice difference between 1ms and 2ms

Mine is the same. around 7-8ms and it doesn't stop me owning in First Person Shooter.

My mouse cost like 30 bux. it's a cheap Logitech M310. You don't need a 1 million DPI mouse with a 5ms to be good. Forget the people who told you that stuff.
