[SOLVED] Is 7% bottleneck effective?

Hey guys
I have i5-8500 with a gtx 1060 6gb
i want to upgrade to 1080ti and 2k 144hz screen
on bottleneck calculator it says that i will get 7% bottleneck
is it really that bad?
the site says that it will work great
i just dont want to spend a lot of money on something Ill regret afterwards

Terrible information, there are much better ways to figure this out but in your case your perfectly fine. Heck you could easily use a RTX 2080 ti on a resolution such as 4K without problems.
