Is 70 - 80 Degree's Celcius a proper temperature for a GTX 950?

1) I play all my games on Max Settings when I can and when I look at my temperature monitoring program it says it is hovering around 70 - 80 Degrees. Is that normal?

2) If not I think my Case can use an upgrade because everything is pretty close together. Does a different case make a huge difference?

Under load that's not too bad. Larger case can mean more airflow and that certainly is a good thing for all your components.
