I was wondering if a ''be quiet! Pure Power 11 - ATX12V - 2.4 - 80 PLUS Gold -100-240 V - 700 Watt would be an overkill for Ryzen 5 2600X + RX580 8 GB.

If it is, do you have some recommendations for a more suitable PSU?

While the 580 is more on the power-hungry side of the gpus, 500-550w should be more than enough. Make that 600-650w if you want to upgrade to a high end card in the future.

The Pure power 11 is a pretty good PSU and with 700 watts you'll have a little extra but not overkill. You could go with 550-600 if you want. Looks good to me.
