Is 700W enough for this build?

Honorable
So I'm looking at the Corsair GS (gamer series) 700W power supply with the following components:

  • ■ AMD 6300
    ■ 1x WD HDD 1 TB 7200 rpm
    ■ 1x Kingston HyperX SSD
    ■ 1x Standard dvd writer
    ■ approx. 5 fans
    ■ Two sticks of RAM
    ■ etc.
With two 7870's (XFX) would this PSU be OK? What about with two XFX 7950's (all double D)? What about if it was an 8320 CPU?

I also looked at the Corsair CX 750 but would this handle such a system (moved onto this GS series PSU because that may not handle it)

If this will not be OK can you please refer me to a decent PSU that can handle the above components (7950/6300) in the UK.

Thanks alot in advance :)

I was thinking about getting the CX750 but then I did a bit of research and decided to go with a OCZ 750w High Performance Series PSU.

My specs are:
Fx 8350;
Asus Sabertooth 990FX Gen3 r2.0
16gb@1600mhz;
And a Gigabyte GTX 770.

Edit: So yeah, it should handle it pretty well.
