Is 700w really enough ???

i not long built my gaming pc and im a bit worried that i didnt buy enough power to supply my system, specs are

i7 920 not overclocked
gigabyte G1 GUERILLA motherboard
12gb ram
64gb ssd
1tb samsung spinpoint
asus 6950 2gb
ocz stealthxstream 700w

That will draw around 300 watts max, so a 550 - 650 watt unit is more suited .

If you need sanity check? Go to newegg and use their psu calculator and see what it spits out. You could probably add another 6950 and still be good. Your manual will let you know about the current limit of the different rails.

I hope you flashed some 6970 bios on your card to unlock it! 😛
