CIT Spectre Case
i5 4670k
Hyper 212 Evo
Galax Exoc Gtx 970 oc'd to 1300ish mhz (oc only adds 2 to 3 degrees)

So I want to know if its safe for my gpu to go upto 73 degrees when gaming and my cpu to go up to 65 degrees. Will this damage my components? Also I only have 2 fans in my case, one intake at the front and an exhaust at the back with no room for other fans due to size of MB (I know my case has room for additional but they dont fit as the motherboard blocks where they should be), any tips on what to do about getting better cooling in there?

73 sounds fine for that GPU, 65 is also acceptable for the CPU though it could be better specially with the Hyper 212 Evo you have.

No, those temps won't damage your components, though I insist that with that cooler you should get better temps, but most likely a poor airflow in your case is the reason for it.

I really can't see how the mobo would block the spots where additional fans could go, it doesn't sound possible.
