Is 73c too high for 6700k?

Hi all, when I play the Witcher 3 on ultra settings my CPU tends to peek at 73c an hour in playing, is that too high and unhealthy?

I am running a Corsair H100i V2 Liquid cooling set with the pump set to max (3000rpm) and fans at around 2200rpm. The CPU is also running at 4.16Ghz and 1.36V.
Sorry I'm new to the PC Master Race so I don't know a lot about these things, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: I'm thinking of getting a new AIO [cooler] such as the NZXT x52 if I feel like the [existing] AIO is not cooling well.

73C is good for being under full load. Make sure in your BIOS that your CPU_FAN header is set to 100% to ensure that your pump is getting full power.

Is it unhealthy.. no not really.

Is that too high? That's down to personal expectations and preferences. For me, I consider that adequate for frying my breakfast on, but on an AIO water cooler I consider those temps dreadful.

But that is MY opinion only.

That must be making some noise at 3000rpm though.

I'm not sure how much a new cooler would help you.

Actually at 3000rpm the pump is not making a single noise unless I put my ear right up to it. Also the two fans from my h100i V2 are connected to the aio block, and they don't appear in the BIOS, is that bad?

EDIT: If you say that at 3000rpm it should be making some noise, and mine isn't could that mean my pump isn't working properly?

At that voltage, you could probably be in the 4.6-4.7 range, if not more, if you won the silicon lottery. So yeah, that's WAY too high for what you're running.

Is there anyway I can change? It's made me concerned that it's that high of a voltage at that Ghz speed

EDIT: My C states are disabled if that matters

Yeah, use "manual" voltage, instead of auto. I use quotes there because what I really mean is use offset or adaptive voltage, not just a fixed voltage. Also, re-enable C-States. No reason to have those disabled on modern CPU's.
