Is 74-76 degrees acceptable temps for the 1080ti?

I'm playing the witcher 3 at 4k high resolution and my msi card remains at these temps at 80% fan speeds. Is this okay?

Thermal limit is 91C , so it's warm , but not bad , perfectly safe.

depends in what state it is. ( full load, idle etc,,,)
