I have a h115i pro platinum. Is 75°C a normal temp for when it is under 100% load?
The processor is a 9700k not overclocked

Solution
I don't ever deal in the term "normal" alone, but 75°C for this processor, at full load, is well within its normal designed limits. It's also not particularly high, period.

See the spec page: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...9700k-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-90-ghz.html
Specifically the Package Specifications section, T-Junction figure of 100°C. Be sure to look at what T-Junction represents via the question mark button.

You cannot be anywhere overheating, regardless of which temperature sensor is being used, when your top temperature is a full 25°C below T-Junction.
