Is 75 degrees in full load bad for my CPU?

Hello, My Intel Core I7-8700k running at 5.10GHz and a voltage of 1.368v Is running Prime 95 at 75 degrees when I run it for 10 Minutes, Is that bad and will it damage my CPU? Thanks.
My specs are:
I7-8700k @5.1GHz 1.368v
MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
Gigabyte Z370P D3
Corsair Hydro h115i AIO
24 GB DDR4 2933MHz
NZXT s340 Elite
And by the way in games temps don't go above 70c

With the temperatures i'm getting and the voltages should my PC last for 3 or more years considering my CPU voltage?

<1.4 V is recommended and I would say unless cooler breaks down, 3 or more years is easy,
