[SOLVED] Is 750 watt Power Supply overkill

Building my first PC and need a little help on deciding the size of the power supply. As of right now I have decided to go with a Corsair RMx 750 watt gold power supply. Just wanting to know if this is overkill? And if so what should I go with. I make upgrade in the future but that would be a couple years or so. Thanks for the help.

Planned Setup:
GPU: GTX 1070
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
Case: NZXT H500i
Ram: 16gb
Cooling: AMD Wraith Prism
SSD: 500gb
HardDrive: 1Tb


The case comes with RGB led strips and 2 fans. And I’ll probably end up with some RGB Ram cards as well if that makes a difference

The PSU is a very good choice , make sure it's the 2018 model.

It's still a decent PSU , the 2018 model has a few improvements and is usually cheaper.
