Is 750w enough for my overclocked system?

Hello everyon i have a Corsair CX750M. I just recently overclocked my cpu ram and gpu and was wondering if this psu can handle the overclocks or should i buy a higher wattage psu?

my specs are

CPU: i5 2500k OC@4.5Ghz 1.35v
Mobo: Asus Z77 Sabertooth
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 1600Mhz OC@2133Mhz 1.7v (4 sticks)
GPU: XFX R9 380 2gb OC@ 1152 core and 1610 memory (on afterburner i have the voltage set to +90 and power limit set to +20)
Storage: 1 Kingston V300 120gb SSD and 1 WD Blue 1tb HDD
I also have 6 120mm fans (one of them is on the CPU coler and all are PWM)

if anyone has any insight or suggestions would be much appreciated

I would never overclock on a Corsair CX, it may cause permanent damage to your system if it messes up voltage delivery (which it may, it's a low quality power supply).

You're fine,

200 watts roughly at full draw for that GPU, 95 for the CPU at full draw, lets be generous and say another 60 for everything else, which is 355 watts, plus another 15% for the overclocking, still puts you barely over 400 watts.

Please take into consideration that overclocked systems will not all draw the same power even if they're identical systems with identical overclocks... Therefore it's better to have a bigger power supply than you need than to have one that's straining to deliver the power your components are consuming.

If you had actually calculated the required power for each component and added them together you would have come to the conclusion that...

750w is about 150-200w too much

...even allowing for margins, rounding up and guestimating his OC. Probably worth figuring stuff out before blurting it out

Really? CX series is low quality? well.... that's interesting.... i've looked at the 2 psu's you've linked and are there any that are about ~$80 that is my budget right now. I would like to change out this psu ASAP because i don't want my pc to blow up XD. Do you have any recommendations for something that is just as good quality but a little bit cheaper? thanks for the replys

My secret tip for budget restrictions is the Antec: Edge series...for some reason they are usually fairly cheap (maybe as they are Antec) however they are made by Seasonic, one of the most recommended and reliable brands around.
