I have a ZOTAC 4070Ti Trinity OC coming in soon as well as a 7800X3D, looks like 750W should be good on PCPartPicker but I’d really like to know from an actual person if this is a reasonable PSU output. Many thanks in advance.

Yeah, perfect.

CPU Shouldn't pull more than 100W, GPU 285W. Those are the most power hungry. You've got 350+ watts left, you could even go with a 650W. But a higher wattage one will (maybe) ensure you won't have to worry about the PSU if upgrading, and considering that PSUs max capacity drops with time, a 750W unit with those CPU and GPU should last you probably longer than the GPU.

You could, but I'm not sure I would test it.

I'd get a 750 minimum but definitely make sure that it's a quality supply.
