Question Is 78 degrees OK?

Hello, so i have a ryzen 5 5600x and the cpu cooler is a arctic freezer 34 eSports duo and my gpu is a rx6750xt.
While gaming my cpu is reaching around 78-79 degrees celsius and the gpu around 84 degrees celsius.
Are those temps ok or should i look further into it?

Kinda, but consider getting a liquid cooler IMO cuz air cooling for me is old school cooling lol no offense...............................

It's within spec. You need do nothing about it.

If that isn't enough assurance though, you need to provide more info:
-case model
-fans and placement
-the model of 6750XT(in order to ID the cooler type)
-case ambient temperature
-air conditioning(yes/no)

Use MSI Afterburner set fan curve to 75 or so higher if needed while gaming. Turn curve back down when not gaming. I'm anal about doing this as back in the day using a Nvidia 8800GT would cook it's self DEAD. To this day It's built into me hit fan curve than game.

I've run my RTX 3060Ti continuously at 90C for 36 hours during a 4K video render, with MSI Afterburner set to 95% GPU power. GPU hotspot was a few degrees higher. The 7950X ran at 89C all that time.

I don't think you need to worry about 79C (CPU) and 84C (GPU). Just enjoy the system until it's time to upgrade.
