Is 80 degrees Celsius hot for a CPU while gaming?

Solution
The max temp for your APU is 71.3°C, so yeah 80°C is too high.

Two things:
1. Measuring the temp for AMD APU's is different than Intel. Read up on how to correctly measure your APU's temps

2. These things run hot with low thermal ceilings so it may be time to take the stock cooler off and reapply the compound. I like NT-H1 from Noctua but there are a ton of them out there and most fall within a degree or two of each other in performance.

It has the stock cooler and the stock case, but I added a 430 watt psu from a 350 watt psu, then I added 2 fans that were different in size and RPM. The exhaust fan is the smaller fan which sucks out air at 700 RPM and the bigger fan which takes in the air takes in 1400 RPM. I also added the GTX 750 ti GPU as well. I wonder if that is a problem or not. Here are my specs.

Full Config: PC: ASUS Desktop
CPU: AMD A10 7800 (3.5Ghz/ 3.9-4.0Ghz Overclocked)
RAM: DDR3 8GB
HDD: 1TB
GPU: EVGA GTX 750 ti
PSU: EVGA 430 Watt
Motherboard: a68bm-a/m32BF/DP (Essentially the M32BF)

I was going to buy a new CPU, the FX 8350, with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste and a new case, the VIVO ATX Mid Tower Computer Gaming PC Case . Will my pc and CPU be ok until next week or next 3?

Yeah you should be ok. Try not to stress it too hard. The APU's are pretty sturdy little buggers. I've been flogging the hell out of mine in my HTPC passive case for way too long so a couple weeks shouldn't be too bad. I would recommend going with better coolers and compound tho. The Cryorig H7 out performs the Evo by a decent amount and is smaller so doesn't overlap any RAM slots. It typicaly runs about $5 more so its not a huge price difference. But your case has a 160mm clearance so it can support the Evo as long as you dont have to adjust the fan much. And Artic Silver, while not bad, has a very long cure time (I think it was 100hrs), so getting accurate temps take longer.
