I want to ask that can power outages damage my hardware? I don't care about the data loss, all i care is cpu, gpu, mb and psu and i wonder these outages can really harm the these? If yes, i am going to buy a UPS but i don't want to spend too much money on it so is 850VA/480W UPS enough for my system until it is time for me to oc which probably i won't need in next 1-2 years? My system and power calculations on the below.

Intel i5 6600k
MSI Z170A Gaming M5
MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X
Corsair LPX 3000Mhz 4GB DD4 x2
Corsair H100i V2 with 2x Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 2000 PWM
Samsung EVO 850 SSD 250GB
Seagate 7200RPM 1TB
Thermaltake Riing 140mm x4
Seasonic X-750 750W
AOC G2460VQ6 Monitor (23W)

So my system needs 348watt and it will draw 396w with psu's %88 efficiency on full load, plus 23w monitor, it adds up to 420w. So i should be ok with UPS rated 850VA/480W right?

Yes they can!

To be honest your power calculations mean squat since your PSU will draw 750W's of power from the UPS when you've tasked the system. On the other hand, you should make sure your UPS can output 750W of power when it goes into battery backup. The numbers 850VA means it'll draw 850W from the wall and the 450W is the output wattage. You're cutting it very thin on the output band and as such will cause your UPS to fail prematurely.

Here's the deal, drop down your PSU to 550~600W tier 1 PSU and then shop for a UPS that can output 650W and you should be fine for the long run.

My 2 cents though.
