Just ran eXtreme power supply calculator and wanted to see if you guys concurred with the results. Calculator says 716 load wattage, 766 recommended psu wattage.

My rig:
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 R5
AMD FX-9590 (WC w/ EK Supremacy EVO)
16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1866 (2x8)
EVGA GTX 980 Ti SC (WC w/ EK-FC Titan X)
EK D5 pwm pump
3x 200mm case fans
1x 140 rear exhaust case fan
6x 120mm coolermaster jetflo fans (on 2x 360mm rads)
lamptron 6ch fan speed controller (manual calls for 270w @ 45w/ch)
80gb intel 320 series ssd
1tb seagate barracuda 7200rpm hdd
cd drive just for OS install then removing
razer blackwidow ultimate chroma keyboard
razer naga epic chroma mouse
razer firefly mousepad
razer sabertooth xbox controller (unplugged when not using it)
razer kracken usb headset (unplugged when not using voice chat)

and......

850w Thermaltake PSU (80+ bronze if it matters)

The PSU is just a surviving component i bought from best buy like ~4-5yrs ago. Not the end of the world if i need a bigger/better one, but this one was chugging right along when i disassembled the old rig. The fan speed controller has me worried because I don't know if the calculator realizes 270w goes to that component alone or not.

Lemme know what you guys think! Thanks!

Solution
It will work fine. You need only a 700 W PSU to get by for your system, so you are good to go. Buy a better psu if this one croaks though.

oh for sure. this one has been surprisingly good to me through the years given it was a desperation purchase from best buy at the time. couldn't wait for something to be shipped from an online retailer and there are no pc component retailers near me. Definitely going 1000w+ and better efficiency on the next one though.
