Is 8GB RAM worth it? and which is better HyperX or Corsair?

I'm building a new PC and I have budget issues, so I'm wondering which one should I get:
ASUS B85M-G and 4GB RAM
or
ASUS H81M-E and 8GB RAM.
Other Specs:
Intel Core i5 4440
1TB HDD
Corsair vs550
Inno3D GTX 650
-Going to play watchdogs maybe on medium settings at 1366x768 or maybe BF4.
Could you also recommend some RAM sticks?

8gb for latest aaa games. 4 would be very limiting. Make sure you have a 64bit os. Any memory over 1600 is fine. Get 2x4gb sticks for dual channel

The games that are coming out right now are needing 8gb of ram to get the highest setts.
Example:COD Ghosts,Watch Dogs

Sweet spot really starts at 1600, so I'd go with the hyperx too
