Is 900IFT really that bad?(need advice)

I saw user reviews from various hp of the samsung 900IFT, they were pretty bad. On the other hand, the 955df gets good reviews. What monitors should I get? I do 50% gaming and 50% surfing/newsgroup.
my choices at the moment are:
NEC FE950+ (on BB display with MOHAA on.....hooked)
Samsung 955DF (90 dollars cheaper than FE950+)
Samsung 900IFT (uses shadow mask w/ high refresh?)

That NEC is sweeet if you're willing to spend the money.

I have seen the samsung IFTs in action and think they are the best shadow mask picture I know of. Much better than the 955DF. Much higher resolution too.
Some have noted geometry problems on the NEC FE.
Take a look at the LG FT flatron series.
