is 9500gt graphic card compatible with gigabyte H61 MS2

hi have sfx ge force 9500gt DDR2 1gb graphic card when i install and set display through this my display freeze and some line appear on my screen and after that the BSOD occurs i removed and reinstalled it many time but result is the same .
is it incompatible issue or any setting from BIOS .
my pc configuration are :-
i3 3rd gen cpu
gigabyte H-61ms2 mobo
4 gb ddr 3
1tb 500+500 gb hdd .
graphic card :-SFX GE force 9500gt DDR2 1gb graphic card
if ithis card incompatible with this mobo then plz suggest wich is best economical graphic card for highend gaming for this configuration .

The 9500 GT isn't that good for gaming (I used to have it), but I've never BSOD'd just by configuring the display. It only did the BSOD for me through playing Diablo III for too long. As far as I can tell, the card isn't incompatible. It's PCI-E 2.0, along with the motherboard and doesn't require any PCI-E connectors from the PSU.

A Few Questions:

Have you overclocked it by chance? If not, did you get it from a friend, used, or did you buy it new? What exactly do you do (The specifics) when it Blue Screens?

HI ACTUALLY IT WAS WORKING FINE WITH MY OLD P4 3.0 GHZ 865 MOBO MACHINE .NOW I UPGRADED TO I-3 NOW WHEN I INSTALLED IT GIVE SOME LINE ON SCREEN N AFTER THAT BSOD .I TRIED INSTALLED AND UNINSTALLED MANY TIMES BUT NOO RESULT AS I MANTIONED .
CAN IT BE PSU PROB.I HAVE 500+ 500 GB HARDDISK ,1 DVD WRITER N MOBO CNECTR .MY PSU IS 450 WATT

Do you have a second video card to see if it will work in your i3?
If you still have your Pentium 4, could you see if the video card still works with it or not?
Also, can you tell me the model number, or anything to identify (e.g. ps550a-bk) the PSU? it may be 450W, but wattage alone means nearly nothing when dealing with PSUs.
