I would go with the 3600 because it costs 45 euros less and has just a tad bit faster multi core and tad bit slower single/dual core. It's also more energy efficient, comes with a better stock cooler, and has support for pcie gen 4 if you ever want to get into that.

Yea but ryzen 3000 are a bit risky. With the intel i wont need any bios update or memory stability etc.I think its more safe..

If you don't plan to overclock Ryzen 3600 if you want to overclock the i5 9600K could be seen as worth it.
Ryzen 5 3600 or i7 8700?
For music production mainly and Adobe Premiere pro, Lightroom Photoshop..
No gaming at all...
Which would last longer also give better performance like For 4 years at least..

BIOS update is only required if you are getting a B450 or X470 board. As long as you get X570 you should have no issues.
As for memory stability, I really don't know what you're talking about there.

I mean that there are still many issues, like long posting time, booting problems, high temperatures, fans problems.I also heard some ppl saying that they couldnt set the ram through the xmp profile and when they did they were getting blue screen.I really dont know..

Unless you have a very specific reason for the i5 then Ryzen looks a much better long term investment. Personally I just don’t see the current i3-i5’s as a good, Intel to me only makes sense at i7-i9 level.
So would you go for a 3600 with a x570 mobo?Cause i dont wanna risk and buy a b450/x470.Ive read enough and i dont wanna be in the same situation.

9600k has nothing over Ryzen 3600. Even that little speed advantage it would have over the 2600 is pretty small and not worth it over a 100€ price hike in cpu cost alone.
9600k(6 cores/6 threads) = 250€
VS
3600(6 cores/12 threads) = 230€ OR 2600(same) = 115€

For all of Intel's current offerings, there's a Ryzen that bests it.

Do u think 2600/2600x is still a good cpu to buy?3600 is a beast i know but its not stable yet so i was thinking of 2600 just to avoid any problems.Whats your opinion?

Which one would you consider Ryzen 5 3600 or i7 8700..? For music production and video editing
When you already have 3000mhz c16 16gb dual channel ram

Not stable yet? Are you referring to the bios updates?

The 2600 is still a good cpu today.
Yea i mean that there are still many issues/bugs that need to be fixed.Like boot problems, high temperatures, big posting times etc.Its a new cpu so its maybe better to wait 5-6 months until hes running without any problem.

As i know music production needs more single core usage but i dont think you would have any problem with ryzen.I would go for ryzen for sure.Hes cheaper and his performance is close to 8700.So if your not a hard gamer there is no reason to buy a 8700 imo.

Ive heard some bad early adopter stories about Ryzen 3000's, but most of them are when people bios update B450 or X470 boards. There is also reverse survivor bias, where people who have had a bad experience will talk about it more than people who have a perfectly normal experience.
If you get an X570 you should be fine.
