Is a 10 PPI difference substantial in a monitor?

I am conflicted between two monitors, both 32 inch, 4k. One has a density of 147PPI and the other 138PPI. Does it make a huge difference to get the the high density one, since I like the overall design of the lower density one.
Monitors:
High PPI: LG 31MU97-B
Low PPI: Asus PA329Q

^+1 good catch, the LG is 17:9 while the Asus is 16:9. I didn't even know 17:9 aspect ratio was a thing...
Also, the LG is 31" and the Asus is 32".

Like I said, you're not going to notice the difference in PPI, get whatever one you like best. I would get the Asus one just for the sake of having a standard aspect ratio.
