In short what the title says. I'm looking to possibly try a m-itx "Gaming" build in as small a case as possible in short.

So would the example AIO cooler be sufficient if I were to upgrade it to a 13700K(F) or a 14th gen when they get released (assuming the socket doesnt change)

You're better off going with an air cooler, instead of an AIO like that. I would also look into an i3 with an iGPU, helps when you need to troubleshoot display related issues when your discrete card goes South for any reason.

lastly, you can use the BBCode option with PCPartPicker in order to import code for your build. It's to the top right hand corner of your build list, denoted by BB. Click that and you should see a list of code for the forums.

No need to touch a single fan AIO, when dual fan AIO and decent air coolers can fit in there.
Vertically mount the gpu - I see a riser is included with the case - and install the cpu AIO at the side.
OR, stick with horizontal gpu installation, and go with a 159mm or shorter tower air cooler.
