120GB SSD is right on the edge of TooSmall. You WILL be spending too much time in space management.
A 250GB drive is not that much more.

I had a 120GB SSD on my old system. Which was win7. I kept it around 50% full by installing things to other drives. I had windows, and other common programs on the 120GB. It can be done.

The bigger issue is bigger drives are faster. You are really limiting yourself with a 120GB drive.

Do not expect to install anything else on it. Because in the future when there are more big updates its gonna eat up at that 120GB. You will make it with your head above the water but strictly OS drive that is it.

If you keep it only for windows, you should be totally fine. You'll get the faster boot times and system responsiveness for sure.
