I am currently building a pc (mostly for gaming) and I am planning to edit some gaming videos/ create videos, along with streaming on twitch. I also am using a 120gb ssd for boot up, but is the 1tb enough?

Recording at 1080p with best quality you'll end up with file sizes around 100gb for every 15 minutes. The best way to encodemthis down is with h.265, but before you do that you'll need all the storage space you can get if recording for long periods of time.

2TB is a good size, but 1TB can work most of the time.
Yes, but you will simply have to keep an eye on the usage.

It makes logical sense to spend £18 more and get a 2TB HDD - that will be enough and saves worrying too much.

1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 64MB Cache £36
2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 64MB Cache £54
