Is a 2 year outdate 120hz monitor a good idea

its for £200 which is my max budget, its that or a £100 60hz monitor

Resolution? Screen size? 120hz is good but if it's tiny or has a low resolution, that's bad.

Its a Planar SA2311W 23 Inch, Full HD Support With a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 (16:9)
It has very good reviews but from a year ago or two.
