Is a 30 watt tdp notice-able

Im on a really really really tight budget this coming months and im trading my gtx 1050ti to a 760 because i need extra cash to pay my graduation fee+ tuition fee.

I have a 660 before but i didnt notice the difference in my monthly bill from 660 to 1050ti,

The one im trading with is zotac gtx 760 with a tdp of 170.

Will be somewhat notice-able?

And to add how much fps will i decrease

760/950/1050 are fairly close, so in performance you are going from 1050 Ti to a bit less than 1050. No one can really tell you how much of a difference in electrical costs that is, because everything from the cost of electricity for you to how much of a load you put on your computer determines that. And no one can know that except you.

I just calculated the total wattage or something of my pc from 266 to 326 not that big and the difference is only 1.4$ a month
